2010 SWAP

Once again, we had a great time swapping soup. I made 15 bean soup to freeze and swap with. I served Chicken Mulligatawny with pita bread and dip for dinner. I also made a Chai Tea from scratch. It was delicious! I love the "soup talk" to find out about each recipe.
My favorite part after the swap is eating the soup. I warm the soup with anticipation, not really know how it will taste. I serve the soup as suggested by the cook and dip in with my spoon, always with a smile on my face. The soups have been incredible. Thank you to all the great cooks who have participated in the Annual Soup Swap with me. I am looking forward to the 3rd!!
